Daniel Eckman-Thomas is a freelance graphic designer in Minneapolis

 

As an artist, Daniel is committed to learning and utilizing new techniques and mediums in an attempt to give distinctive DNA to each project. He designs posters for The Trylon Cinema and Heights Theater. He has also developed logos and brand identity for Radwave Technologies. 

 

When he isn’t designing on the clock, he is usually designing off the clock in his somewhat secret career of creating reverential offerings to his heroes in the form of posters, business cards, book art, logos, and custom type - because design was for fun before it was ever for pay.

 

Outside of design, Daniel’s adrenaline levels are in a constant state of flux. He loves running, drumming, skateboarding, and the chaotic world of make-believe with his niece and nephews, but he also loves the opposite: sitting quietly - with his face lit by an old film or hidden in a book; in the woods or on his kayak in the middle of a lake. These are some of the strongest rejuvenating forces in his life, each a palpable source of inspiration and happiness.
